Sowparnika Shivadhanush is a mid-sized Sowparnika project in Hoskote, in the same Yelachanayakanapura pocket where the developer has built several other communities. It’s aimed squarely at budget buyers, and the listed prices reflect that. If you’ve been comparing Sowparnika projects and wondering how a Hoskote home stacks up against Sowparnika Rhythm of Rain in Whitefield, this review should help you sort the facts from the brochure talk.

We’ve pulled the details from several property portals and compared them. Some figures agree neatly, others don’t, and we’ll point out which is which. Prices are as listed on portals and will have moved since.

Location

RoofandFloor places Shivadhanush on Sidlaghatta Main Road in Yelachanayakanapura, Doddahullur village, Hoskote. Houssed describes it as near Sowparnika Purple Rose, another of the builder’s projects, with the PIN 562114. Housivity lists SH 35 at about 100 metres and the Kadapa Bengaluru highway at about 1.4 km. It also lists Capstone High CBSE School at 4.6 km, MVJ Hospital at 4.7 km and Orion Uptown Mall at 8.1 km. We haven’t measured these ourselves, so treat them as the portal’s figures.

Sowparnika Shivadhanush

So this is proper Hoskote, beyond the Whitefield and KR Puram belt, on the roads leading out of town. It’s quieter, land is cheaper, and you’ll see a lot more open ground around you. And the trade-off is distance. If your job is in Whitefield or on the ORR, you’re looking at a much longer daily drive than from Sowparnika Rhythm of Rain near Hope Farm Junction, which sits inside Whitefield itself. Our location page covers that commute in more detail.

Project size

Here the portals mostly line up. Shivadhanush sits on about 5 acres, with 360 homes. RoofandFloor describes the structure as basement plus stilt parking plus 10 floors, and Houssed and Housivity both say 1 tower of 10 floors. A single long block with 360 homes means a lot of homes per floor, so ask how many units share each lift core and corridor. That affects day-to-day comfort more than most buyers expect.

Compare that with Rhythm of Rain: 725 homes in 3 towers of B+G+14 on about 6.8 acres. Rhythm of Rain is the denser project, but it’s also spread across three towers, which gives each one its own lifts and lobby. Neither layout is bad. They simply feel different when you live in them.

Configurations and sizes

This is where the sources split. RoofandFloor lists 1, 2 and 3 BHK homes with these sizes:

Houssed and Housivity, on the other hand, show only 3 BHK, at about 1,140–1,150 sq.ft and 1,142 sq.ft respectively. It’s possible that the smaller units have sold out and portals now show only what’s left, but we couldn’t confirm that. Ask the sales office for the current inventory and the carpet area of each unit.

Either way, these are compact homes. A 3 BHK under 1,150 sq.ft is a tight three-bedroom. By comparison, the 3 BHK range at Rhythm of Rain is 1,194–1,601 sq.ft and 2 BHK is 940–1,157 sq.ft, so even Rhythm of Rain’s smallest 2 BHK is larger than Shivadhanush’s 2 BHK. Check the layouts on our floor plans page and you’ll see the difference in bedroom sizes clearly.

Price, as listed

RoofandFloor lists Shivadhanush at about ₹6,345 per sq.ft, with a base price range of ₹32.93 lakh to ₹70.93 lakh, excluding other charges. Houssed lists its 3 BHK at about ₹70–75 lakh, with one quote of ₹72.75 lakh. Housivity simply says price on request. Separately, NoBroker has had resale listings in the project, including a furnished 2 BHK at ₹85 lakh, though that’s a single owner’s asking price and not a guide to the market.

The headline is that Shivadhanush is listed far cheaper per sq.ft than Whitefield. Rhythm of Rain launched at ₹9,300 per sq.ft in March 2025 and is now listed around ₹10,000–10,300 per sq.ft on portals, with Housiey’s all-inclusive range at about ₹54 lakh to ₹1.8 crore (June 2026). If your budget tops out around ₹70 lakh and you need three bedrooms, Hoskote can do that and Whitefield mostly can’t. Our price page sets out Rhythm of Rain’s pricing if you want to compare totals.

RERA and possession

RoofandFloor, Houssed and Housivity all list the RERA number as PRM/KA/RERA/1250/304/PR/200123/005641. We couldn’t confirm it on the Karnataka RERA website, so please check it there. Housivity dates the launch to December 2022.

The status is less clear. Houssed and Housivity list a possession date of November 2027 (Houssed says 30 November 2027) and call the project under construction or a new launch. RoofandFloor marks it ready to occupy. And NoBroker’s resale listing describes a furnished flat, which suggests at least some homes have been handed over. The safest reading is that RERA completion is November 2027 and parts of the project may be further along. Visit the site, ask which tower or floors are occupied, and ask whether an occupancy certificate has been issued.

For Rhythm of Rain, the RERA completion date is January 2032, so it’s a much longer wait. That suits buyers who want to spread payments under a construction-linked plan, but not anyone who needs to move in soon.

Amenities

Listed amenities include a swimming pool and toddler pool, gym, clubhouse, multipurpose hall, yoga and meditation areas, children’s play area, cricket practice pitch, volleyball, badminton and basketball, a senior citizens’ park and walking track, cycle path and landscape plaza. Houssed also mentions marble flooring and concealed plumbing among the specifications, which we haven’t seen in an official document. Rhythm of Rain’s amenity set is broader, with tennis, squash and a mini theatre among others. See our amenities page.

Our view

Shivadhanush is a value play. You get a Sowparnika home at a much lower ticket, with a closer completion date, in a growing but still distant suburb. It works well for buyers who already live or work along Old Madras Road or in Hoskote, for parents buying near family, and for investors who are comfortable with slower rental demand.

But if Whitefield is where your life happens, Sowparnika Rhythm of Rain gives you bigger homes, a richer amenity list and a far shorter commute, at a higher price and a later date. Be honest about which of those matters more to you before you visit either sales office.

On price per sq.ft, yes, by a wide margin going by listed rates. But the homes are smaller and the location is far from Whitefield’s offices, so the better value depends on your commute and space needs.
